Leu Gardens committee for display. Leu Gardens chose 31 of them and currently has them featured at the Garden House Gallery.The display runs until May 19th.Photo by Mary CarpenterThe Lake Apopka Wildlife Drive is a one-way 11-mile journey through an extraordinary wildlife habitat and restoration project gaining national attention as a huge destination for birders, wildlife enthusiasts, and nature lovers.The drive is open Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and federal holidays between sunrise and sunset. The Lake Apopka North Shore is a magnet for migrating, wintering, and resident birds, as well as habitat for alligators, bobcats, coyotes, otters, turtles, snakes, raccoons, opossums, and bears – all of which are featured in the photo display.
